US Consul General Greg Burton visited FabLab giving his support to the digital fabrication revolution happening here in Northern Ireland.  Exploring the lab, General Burton was impressed to see pupils from Rowendale Integrated School using open source design software and laser cutting to explore the theme of Flight.  FabLab Belfast Manager Adam Wallace said ‘ It’s terrific to be able have young people engaging with Fablab and discovering  the possibilities that this technology can bring to classroom learning, we believe that this is innovative work in developing young people from all backgrounds to learn and achieve together.’
