FABLAB – Make It!

In Fablab we make stuff with computers and machines! We’ll show you use the equipment so you can make personalised items and before long you’ll be inventing the next ‘Big Thing’.

Access is free and booked on a first come basis.  Contact us here.

Wednesday 20th August 9.30am – 3pm  8 - 10yrs  - 10 Places Available

Come and some make creative decorations for your bedroom including a personalised picture frame and cool lampshade – all in one day!

Thursday 21st August

9.30am – 3pm   - 10 – 12yrs – 10 places available

Come and create your own glowing night light, learn how to use the laser cutter, moulding shapes from plastics and creating electronics.  You then personalise it with digital stickers to create cool light patterns. 

Friday 22nd August

Come and make a mobile phone/MP3 boombox! You will be operating the machines top laser cut, CNC mill and creating electronics to build a personalised sound machine –
