A one day workshop that will introduce you to the world of 3D solid modelling. 3D solid modelling is the process of designing an object that can be manufactured using a range of hi-tech manufacturing processes. In this workshop you will be guided through the process of creating a solid object in the virtual environment using parametric design software. This model will then be transferred so that it can be printed on one of our state of the art 3D printers. For anyone who is interested in product design, engineering, jewellery making, and furniture making this is the workshop for you.
